Waldenburg, 9 April 2008 - Thanks to its positive earnings trend in fiscal 2007 and continuing good growth prospects, the Managing and Supervisory Boards of R. STAHL AG will propose to the annual general meeting to distribute a dividend of EUR 1.10 per share. This will bring the current dividend yield to 3.6 percent. Last year, R. STAHL distributed EUR 0.90 per share.
In fiscal 2007, R. STAHL realised after-tax earnings of EUR 16.2 million (previous year: EUR 12.9 million).
R. STAHL will distribute some 40 percent of its 2007 profits. The company intends to continue distributing appropriate profit shares to its shareholders going forward.
This year's annual general meeting will be held on 27 June 2008.
